The Business Leads module combines:

• Speed: You and your sales team will receive information on relevant construction developments within 24 hours of our researchers picking up the lead.
• Flexibility: Selections can be stored as profiles for re-use and can be amended as necessary.
• Tracking: Our innovative alert system allows you to "watch" construction developments of interest. When anything updates on your selected projects we will notify you by email or text, saving you the time and trouble of checking the system unnecessarily.
• Filtering: Many of our clients use Interactive as a pre-filtering tool meaning that their Trackbase system only contains those specific projects that require follow up. Also, if you already use a CRM tool, we are the only provider of construction intelligence to offer full, unbiased compatibility with all major CRM systems (link to partners page).

Company Profiler allows you to set up searches for all your key clients and competitors so that every time they make a planning application, tender for, or are awarded a job, you will receive an email alerting you to this.

Through the Directory module, you can produce bespoke lists based on type of company, sector and geographical area. This service is far more than a mailing list as you can study historic projects and even request to be alerted as soon as a company you're tracking is involved with an appropriate project.

In the User Management section, you can define precise sales territories, effectively restricting the business leads that your staff can see. Interactive also allows you to analyse the behaviour and activities of your colleagues - from when they log in, to which projects they are tracking - allowing you to understand how you can help your sales team to improve their performance.
